They were very helpful and polite. Stayed in touch fine with any issues. There was a fee to pay something called Lisa Marie lettings and the fee was under 300 if I remember correctly. After that, it was all cool I would give them 10/10 they know exactly how to be professional and courteous landlords which is hard to find in bristol nowadays.
